Our current product line utilizes a highly engineered, highly stable Green Fluorescent Protein technology developed at Los Alamos National Laboratory. One of our products in this line is a Superfolder GFP that has been used in T. thermophilus to monitor protein expression in 80°C water. 

We also produce split GFP for both bacterial and mammalian systems, in vitro and in vivo respectively. All three, protein analysis and quantitation products, is now available for purchase.

As a researcher you are better able to evaluate your protein synthesis and purification.  You can customize your methods based on the quick results obtained by using the Fold 'n' Glow system. It is compatible with any fluorescent platform, including, fluorescent plate readers, spectrometry and flow cytometry.

Our upcoming ViraGlow, HIV-1 surface-protein detection kit has the ability to differentiate normal cells from diseased cells, in culture, by flow cytometry. The kit is a cell-based, monoclonal antibody test that can be used with existing instrumentation. Look for it in our catalog this spring.
