Mammalian Optimized Split GFP Detection System

The Mammalian Optimized Split-GFP Detection System consists of two plasmids specifically mammalian codon optimized for in-vivo or in-vitro detection. Mammalian GFP s11 plasmid encodes a 16 amino-acid engineered split GFP strand 11 fragment for tagging protein with a C-terminal strand 11 (s11) of GFP.  The resulting fusion protein can be detected in vivo by the S1-10 gene product.  It can also be detected in vitro using our "Fold 'n' Glow" detection reagent.
